Central Sydney Intensive English School
The Intensive English High School recently relocated to a new premises on Mitchell Road, Alexandria. The school, now known as Central Sydney Intensive English School, provides students with 23 specialised learning areas, including science labs, art studios, a food tech kitchen, technology labs, an auditorium and a library. The construction and fit out of each area was required.
Stage 1:
Rectification to specific areas of a previously built building extension in order to correct defects and meet compliance with BCA.
Stage 2:
Refurbishment of existing heritage-listed building.
Stage 3:
Fit-out works to specialised learning areas.
